Cricket across the world is about to halt as IPL 2024 schedule is set to take place from April 9 between the existing eight teams. The defending champions Mumbai Indians and Royal Challengers Bangalore will pull the curtains of the 14th season of the Indian Premier League (IPL).
The T20 tournament will be played behind the closed door due to the COVID-19 pandemic across six venues – Ahmedabad, Bengaluru, Chennai, Delhi, Mumbai and Kolkata. The new integrated Narendra Modi Stadium is scheduled to host eight league matches and the playoffs of IPL 2024.
