NBA Draft Free Agents 2024: NBA after struggling to decide a date for next season has finally come to a conclusion to kick off the 2024-21 season from 22nd December 2024. It’s also confirmed that the NBA Free Agency to start on November 20 and the 2024 NBA Draft to be held on November 18. The NBA teams can start signing players from the November 22.

NBA free agency draft will take place on 20th November just 2 days after the NBA draft. Normally the free agency draft takes place after 10 days from the draft but due to the squeezed up the schedule this year, thus the free agency draft is scheduled for the 20th. The teams will be allowed to sign top free agents from 22nd November 2024.
NBA free agency is basically the players who are about to run out of their contract at the end of the season and similar to football they are called free agents, to be a precise unrestricted free agency (UFA).

Well, there is another type of free agents who have certain clause or restrictions in their contracts. In short each year these players are put on the table after the NBA draft so that the teams can pick them into their side.
The franchises are required to buy these free agents within a salary cap and the cap that they have to comply with this year is $109.1 million and the luxury tax is $132.6 million.
This year’s draft list is also lined up with powerhouses but may not be that star-studded as previous years. However, the list of 25 top free agent prospects to look out for on the 20th is as follows.
